Friday 16th August 2013 National Australia Group Glasgow

Jen's friends and former colleagues at National Australia Group held a "British Bake-Off" and Tombola event to raise funds for Jen's Cancer Trust. Andy went along to 'judge' the baking and help draw the raffle.

Big thanks to Jen's former colleagues and friends who took part and raised over £430.00 for Jen's Cancer Trust. 

Oh yes the winner of the bake off was Aga with her raspberry cup cakes. Thanks Aga!

A special mention goes to 11 year old Hannah Cruikshank with her beautiful Jen cake with icing Angel. Jen would have loved it. Thanks Hannah!

Sunday 31st June 'Race for Life' Leicester

Jackie Turner Jen's pal took part in the Leicester  Race for Life 5k. Jackie was fundraising for Cancer Research UK in memory of her mum, our friend Aaron and Jen who we lost to cancer over the last 5 years and to her bosses.

Tuesday 11th June: Mortgages plc Glasgow

Andy went along to the Spectrum Building in Glasgow to meet with staff from Mortgages Plc where Jen used to work. There he met former colleagues of Jen who had been involved in fundraising for Jen's Cancer Trust on the 24th May. Andy was presented with a fantastic cheque for £400 by Siobhan Dyet, Susan McCallum and Hugh Meechan on behalf of the Mortgages Plc Charity Fund. Sunday 26th May: 'Race for Life' Glasgow

The 'Pink Gals' including Elaine, Sophie and Leah Duncan, ran the Race for Life 5K. The Gals raised around £1000 for Cancer Research UK in Jen's memory . We will update you of the independently verified total amount asap. Thanks to everyone! Some pictures of the 'Gals' below.

Saturday 20th April: Lennoxtown - 'High Tea With a Twist'

A great day was had with many of Jen's friends and family, supported by the local community. The event raised on the day around over £5,000 for Jen's trusts causes. Friday 12th April: Club 29 Glasgow

General Manager of Club 29, Michael Robertson drew the raffle for the Corporate Membership they generously donated to Jen's Cancer Trust. 24 tickets were sold at £25 per ticket and the lucky winner was Stuart Elder from Kirkintilloch. We would like to thank all who generously participated in this part of the trusts fundraising activities. Watch this site to see what we are doing with all of the funds raised. Thanks again.
